Common structure of air cooled heat exchanger
1. Induced wind:
The tube bundle is located on the suction side of the fan. Because the wind tube has a good blocking effect on the heat exchange finned tube from sunlight, wind, rain and snow, the induced-draft air cooler has a relatively stable heat exchange performance. At the same time, it has the characteristics of uniform air distribution, less thermal cycle, less pollution and low noise.
2. Blowing type:
The tube bundle is located on the exhaust side of the fan. This structure is very convenient for maintenance, and the fan motor is always in a cooler air environment, which allows the device to process higher temperature process media, thereby maintaining a longer service life
3.Inclined top type:
The tube bundle can be placed in a herringbone shape, with a compact structure and a small footprint, which is about 40% of the horizontal; but the distribution of the medium in the tube and the air outside the tube is not even enough, and it is easy to form a hot air recirculation; it can realize an antifreeze structure, which is especially suitable for steam turbines. Exhausted steam air condenser;
